Unlike Danger Coffee, our coffee starts its journey at the source. We work directly with our farms, where we use a proprietary method that gently “protects” the bean before it ever leaves origin. This process helps us achieve an extraordinary reduction (if at all) in acrylamide during roasting and preserves the full flavor and integrity of the coffee. Because we control the entire supply chain, from the soil to the sealed bag, we can guarantee that every batch is organic, pesticide free, and mold free.
