THE 4 KEYS FORMULA

Experience third-wave specialty coffee at home with the 4 Keys Formula used by professional café machines. Our espresso machines are designed to use the right dose of freshly ground beans, maintain precise temperature control and optimal water pressure, and create true microfoam milk essential for latte art, putting café-quality results just a touch away.

COLD BREW & COLD ESPRESSO

Simply swipe and select your specialty café favorites, including Cold Brew and Cold Espresso. Extracting at lower temperatures reduces acidic notes, creating a light, smooth flavor profile. Cold Brew is extracted in under three minutes, while crema-topped Cold Espresso is ready in just over one minute.

AUTO GRIND, DOSE & TAMP

Automatically grind, dose, and tamp using fully integrated Baratza® European precision burrs. The high-carbon, hardened steel conical burr grinder features 45 grind settings for precise control and consistent flavor extraction.

AUTO MILQ™ MICROFOAM

Create silky-smooth, hands-free microfoam with settings optimized for dairy, soy, almond, and oat milk. Adjustable temperatures from 104°F to 167°F and eight texture levels let you fine-tune milk texture to suit your taste.

THERMOJET® HEATING SYSTEM

The digitally printed heating circuit is up to 32% more energy efficient* and delivers fast heat-up to achieve the optimum extraction temperature in seconds. *Compared to a Thermoblock heating system. Based on internal benchmark testing as of November 2022.

THERMOJET® HEATED GROUP HEAD

The ThermoJet® heated group head delivers professional-level temperature control to ensure ideal extraction. Adjustable in ±1° increments, it lets you fine-tune brew temperature to suit your taste while meeting professional extraction standards.

BARISTA GUIDANCE

Barista Guidance automatically detects over- or under-extracted espresso shots and helps you adjust grind size to achieve a more balanced, ideal pour every time.

AUTO QUEUE

Save time by queuing up your next step. Seamlessly initiate automatic milk steaming or espresso extraction.

58 MM STAINLESS STEEL PORTAFILTER

A professional-style 58 mm stainless steel portafilter holds an ideal 22 g dose of freshly ground beans to deliver full-bodied coffee with rich, complex flavor and consistent extraction.
