Most single-serve cups are degassed and intentionally staled before packing, it’s the only way traditional systems can handle them. Our pods are different. We use a proprietary fresh-pack process that locks in aromatics at peak flavor, and you can taste the difference immediately.
We also pack 40% more coffee per pod than the industry standard, delivering a fuller, richer cup without bitterness. The entire pod is truly compostable, no hidden liners, no toxic glues, and you can literally toss it straight into your garden.
Because we avoid microplastics and toxic adhesives altogether, you’re getting a cleaner cup with none of the health concerns associated with conventional plastic-based pods. And unlike most single-serve options, our cups are Certified Organic, a rare achievement in the world of single-cup brewing.

The Mountain Water Process is used for decaffeination, resulting in a coffee that retains a tremendous amount of its original character, offering clarity, comfort, and complexity without compromise.

BREW GUIDE
AS COLD BREW:
Although you can’t cold brew this coffee because it’s in a pod, you can make Japanese cold brew. Extract the aromatics with hot water, then lock them in by instantly chilling the brew. All you have to do is brew directly into a cup of ice. If you want to make it even more interesting, brew a pod over a cup of coffee ice cubes. You get zero dilution and a deeper, more expressive flavor as the cubes melt.
These pods deliver a smooth, clear, singular chocolate note at the forefront. While the warmth of roasted nuts present in the hot brew fades, the chocolate character remains steady and satisfying. Other nuances soften in the cold extraction, leaving a streamlined, mellow impression.
