TRUISTA RICH AWAKENING ACRYLAMIDE FREE* COFFEE

v1.0

$29.95

Rich Awakening is excellent black, but truly comes alive with cream. Like Grenache in the world of wine, it’s approachable yet nuanced, soft in its elegance, deep in its complexity. The cup opens with smooth milk chocolate and finishes on a warm note of brown spice, reminiscent of gently lingering allspice. Cream amplifies the roasted almond character and extends the spice’s resonance, creating a luxurious, layered experience that unfolds sip by sip.

Much like fine wine, the flavors mentioned for each coffee are nuances that come naturally within the roasted bean itself. Truista coffees don’t have any added flavors.

RING OF FIRE COFFEES: GUATEMALA AND NICARAGUA

Body-Driven Coffees are rich, smooth, and velvety, with a lean toward low acidity and indulgent texture. The coffees of Guatemala and Nicaragua in this blend bring a cadence of caramelized sugars, a roasted-nut character, and the warmth of allspice in the finish.

BREW GUIDE

FAVORITE BREWER FOR THIS COFFEE: FRENCH PRESS

AS ESPRESSO: While this blend isn’t crafted for straight espresso shots, its bold structure and layered profile make it compelling in milk-based drinks. The body cuts through with ease, allowing its chocolate and spice notes to come forward in lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites.

AS COLD BREW: While this blend makes a satisfying black cold brew, it truly comes alive when paired with cream or milk. The added richness draws out its chocolate-toned body, amplifies the warm spice notes, and transforms the cup into a smooth, indulgent experience. It’s cold brew with depth and dimension, a comforting companion for slow mornings, creative flow, or afternoon resets.

BEYOND THE CUP: With its chocolate and roasted nut-forward profile, Rich Awakening is a standout choice for syrup reductions, baking, and cocktails that lean into depth and richness. Its heavy character complements desserts like flourless chocolate cake, spiced cookies, and bourbon-based drinks. This is not the blend for light or fruity recipes—it’s built for bold pairings and indulgent creations.

BEAN BASICS FOR RICH AWAKENING

Rich Awakening is crafted with intention.
To enjoy it at its best, keep these tips in mind:

DEGASSING (RELEASE OF CO2): Wait at least 5 days after roast date before brewing. The roasted almond notes pop after day 3, and by day 5, the cup comes fully into balance. This rest lets CO2 escape, refining the body.

STORAGE: Air and light ruin freshness. Use a vacuum-sealed container or tightly roll the bag. Store in a cool, dark place.

REFRIGERATOR: Not Recommended. Beans absorb odors and moisture, dulling flavor.

FREEZER: Not recommended. Freezers can separate oils in body-heavy coffees, thinning the mouthfeel.
