Standard North American outlet (dedicated circuit recommended)

Summary: It runs on a standard 110V outlet, making it well suited for coffee carts, small cafés, offices, and home espresso bars. Because it draws 1200 watts, it’s best to plug it into a dedicated 15–20 amp circuit, especially if you’re running other equipment nearby, such as a grinder, fridge, or hot water tower. This setup is ideal for mobile coffee carts, where higher-voltage 220V power isn’t always available.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily Cleaning: Wipe and purge the steam wand after each use to prevent milk buildup. Rinse the portafilters and filter baskets, clean the drip tray, and backflush the group head to remove coffee oils and residue.

Weekly Maintenance: Soak the portafilters, baskets, and shower screens in an approved cleaning solution. Inspect the group head gaskets and screens, and perform a deeper backflush to keep internal components clean.

Long-Term Care: Use proper water filtration to help prevent scale buildup. Descale the machine as needed based on water quality and usage to ensure long-lasting performance and consistent espresso quality.
