Designed around the traditional Kyoto-style slow drip method, this brewer uses ice, water, and fresh coffee to produce an exceptionally smooth, low-acid cold brew with remarkable clarity and sweetness.

Each tower includes both required filters:

  • Reusable ceramic filter (placed at the bottom of the middle beaker)
  • Paper filter (placed on top of the coffee grounds)

PRO TIP

This brewer works with any coffee, but medium and medium-light roasts tend to shine the most, offering ideal clarity, sweetness, and character. Rinse glass components after each use, and for stubborn residue or coffee oils, use an espresso machine cleaner.
